2. Please check to see if our office is open on your desired pick-up date and time.
3. Please enter the name of your desired Yamato Transport office in the delivery information notes section when ordering.
4. Please pay at the Yamato Transport office.
5. Please bring the necessary items with you when you receive your luggage.

【3】Caution
■We cannot accept cancellations made after 10am on the scheduled shipping date.
■Please receive the item within 5 days after receiving the item. If you do not receive the item within the specified period, the item will be returned to you. Additionally, a shipping charge of 1200 yen will be added to your next purchase.

■There are some areas where items may not arrive the next day after shipping.
